Re-occuring guildmeetings at the guildcity at the keep.

Held by the Triath or Saoi if they are precent or any of the Circle leaders if they are not availble.

This is something all should attend but exceptions are allowed for raids but try to keep that to a minimum.

Real life is always an allowed exception... :)
