A new dawn of interguild RP-PvP

EVENT CANCELED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE

I'm happy to announce that Clan Fearghal will be hosting a weekly RP-PvP event with Black Market every Friday at 21:00 CET.

I'm especially thrilled because I believe these kinds of events combine the two most entertaining elements that the game has to offer. And moreover, these events are crucial for the epic setting of bloody strife Clan Fearghal (and indeed the whole AoC world) always intended to be about.

Oh yes, there will be blood. I will update the relevant forum thread with both IC setting and OOC details of rules etc on the fly. The idea is that it will be an inter-guild project that all our members are not only urged to partake in, but also urged to help develop and host. So if the inspirational Muse comes over you, don't hesitate to post your ideas, or even take it upon yourself to be host of one of the events.
An event leader will be designated on both sides. These two will be in constant communication, so that the events go smoothly. These event leaders may intervene with different actions according to the amount of players on each side and/or class setups. This could be asking members to leave guild for the duration of the event and join the other side. Take this as a grand opportunity to build crucial OOC relations with "the other side", and of course opportunities for some different rp as a henchman or (god forbid) evil setite.

im all for this rp-pvp event but Friday nights are my getting drunk and partying nights usually.Reznov at 01/12/2010 07:34 PM

Yea I know, Rez. But with an already packed week (raids, guild meetings etc) for both guilds this seemed to be the only day available. I hope the turn-up will be good, regardless of this being the traditional drinking day :)

We can has drunken friday anyway? *puppyeyes*akselvee at 01/14/2010 12:24 PM
We can always experiment with holding it on different days in the future to give others the chance of attending. Its great to see our calender so full.Caspian at 01/14/2010 01:56 PM
Yea definitely Casp. Balorac and me just figured it would be smart to have a recurring day so it doesn't just fade away after a week or two, like so many other initiatives have in the past. But yea, nothing should prevent us from moving it to another day any given week.Einsof at 01/14/2010 03:38 PM
